I had a great week this week. Elder Collins and I went on Exchanges to the far away place called Selma Spanish. It is the same area as Selma Spanish, but it's puro Espanol. It wasn't on this exchange though, as I successfully commandeered 4 new investigators for Selma English. We also taught an English family, and ran into Able.
Elder Mountford did fantastic leading the area in my absence, and was able to find a new investigator that we had previously street contacted. Unfortunately, he was just a bible basher, so we stopped teaching him.
We also had a great district meeting and Zone meeting. Elder Allred gave a great training on how we can work with the Bishop more effectively to help investigators come to church.
We also had what I like to refer to as the return of Elder Perkins to Selma. Elder Perkins came to Selma and we worked as a tripanionship for half of a day. We weekly planned, and then were able to meet with a few people. It was good times.
We had no investigators come to church on Sunday, but we were able to have three less active members come for the first time. One of them just got Sundays off for good.
Our area is doing well, our only struggle is still helping people have the faith to come to church.
Elder Keeley
